For 65 years, The Center has been vital in providing Israelis with physical disabilities – of all ages and backgrounds – the tools to succeed in life. Through The Center’s rehabilitation programs and social services, more than 3,000 people each year find strength and community through the transformative power of sport. The Center’s expertise in rehabilitation and helping people rebuild their lives after tragedy has never been more critical than it is today. Since the war began and in addition to our regular day-to-day programs, a priority is rehabilitating the wounded bodies and spirits of Nova Festival survivors, displaced families from the North and South of Israel, wounded soldiers and others across Israel who are impacted by the war through the Shesek program. Through Shesek, each week hundreds of Israelis impacted by the war are finding hope and community – no matter where they live.
